Glossy Box

So I am a Glossy box virgin, but my first box arrived the other day. I am very excited for my first instalment on monthly subscription to these lovely treats. For those of you who don't know what a Glossy box is, it is monthly instalment of beauty goodies delivered to your front door for £10 (plus p&p) a month.

In each box you get 5 products, my first box includes a:

  1. Emite make up- lip brush a slanted lip brush, made of synthetic taklon hair, it is allergy free and it according to glossy box easy to clean. This lip brush £17 on Emitemakeup.com
  2. MONU spa - warming ginger massage & body oil Is a British brand, I love supporting British brands. You can add this to your bath or massage over your skin before bathing or showering. Ginger is a lovely oil to use and it has so many properties and uses it is a good oil if you have aches and pains in your muscles. Ginger is also anti septic, anti oxidant, and it is a stimulant. In the Glossy box it comes as 30ml bottle and it costs £25 for 100ml bottle on monushop.co.uk
  3. Me Me Me cosmetics - beat the blues pearl pink This product is great! It is a highlighter which you can dot onto cheekbones and you can also mix it with your foundation, it leaves a lovely glow and it looks natural. This come as a full size product of 12ml and it costs £5.50 on mememecosmestics.co.uk
  4. TRESemme - instant refresh cleansing dry shampoo I love dry shampoo, I wear weave so I can't wash my hair as often as I would like to, so dry shampoo is really useful for me as it prevents grease from building up and this TRESemme dry shampoo leaves your hair with a really nice smell. In the Glossy Box it come with a 100ml can and it costs £4.99 for 200ml on tresemme.co.uk
  5. Sunsense UK - daily face SPF 50+ This is a slightly tinted SPF to use on your face, I haven't used it yet but its always good to have testers like this around, they always come in handy, this would be the perfect product to bring on holiday, it is small and I don't like bringing full size products away with me so I will definitely be hanging on to this tester. This come as 10g bottle and it costs £20.99 for 75g bottle on crawfordhealthcare.com
With two full size products, the lip brush and the me me me highlighter, I think glossy box is great value for money, and a great way to try new products on the market without spending a lot of money. I can't wait to see what is in my May Glossy box.
